Ingredients of Noorani Oil :

Amba Haldi, Kaifal, Maida Lakri, Tejpat, Taj, Narkachur, Loban, Guggul, Sonth, Nirgundi, Kuchla, Methi, Ratan Joth, Manjith, Ajowain, Ganda Biroza, Camphor, Citronella Oil, Gandhpurna Tel and Pine oil. Vegetable and mineral oil to make base. Amba haldi (Curcuma amada Roxb.Family Zingiberaceae) is also known as Kapur haldi and Mango ginger. It smells like mango. It belongs to turmeric plant family. It is an annual herb with large, thick, and cylindrical tubers. It is mainly found in West Bengal, Konkan and Chennai. Amba haldi has pain reliving, cooling and astringent properties. It is applied as a paste on swelling and painful conditions, back pain, nerves pain, wounds and skin diseases. Ratanjot roots yields red dye which is used for coloring purpose. The roots are also used as an ingredient in preparation of ointments used for ulcers, scrofula, cuts and burns.
