Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
We make sure that you get good & quality stuff well within the expiry date. All orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

| Anywhere in India | ₹69 | For Orders worth <= ₹799 and >300 |
| Anywhere in India | Free | For Orders worth > ₹799 |
In case of customer wish to pay upon delivery then there will ₹29 extra charges for Cash on Delivery services. however, if the order value is above ₹999, there will be no charges for Cash on Delivery.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
MediMartUs.com is not responsible for any extra customs and taxes applied to your order by the local authority after shipping of an order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Please always record an unpacking videos after receiving the package. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to report it in 2 days.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside India.
